← Cuebase for agenciesPartner terms
Plain English, and short on purpose. Last updated August 6, 2026.
- The commission. You earn 30% of the Cuebase subscription revenue we actually collect from each store you onboard, every month that store stays on a paid plan.
- Collected revenue only. Free plans and free-trial days don't accrue commission — it starts when the store's paid billing starts. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the balance.
- Payout timing. Monthly, in arrears, after Shopify remits the funds to us (Shopify pays app developers on a delay, so a month's commission typically pays out during the following month). Your choice of PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. Balances under $25 roll over to the next month.
- Attribution. A store counts as yours once we link it to your account — send us its .myshopify.com domain when you install. One partner per store; the partner genuinely servicing the store gets the link.
- Good standing. The program is for agencies and freelancers actually managing the stores they onboard. Fraudulent, incentivized, or bulk-spam installs get unlinked and forfeit unpaid commission.
- Changes & ending it. Either of us can end the arrangement any time; commission earned up to that point still gets paid. If we ever change the program, stores already linked to you keep the rate they were linked under — changes only apply to stores you link afterwards, with 30 days' notice.
- Who runs this. The partner program is run by Cuebase (hello@cuebase.app), not by Shopify. Client stores pay Shopify for their Cuebase subscription like any app; the commission relationship is strictly between you and us.
